This 48th International Six Days Trial DVD was reproduced from Penton
Imports original filming of this event. This event was held September 17-22,
1973 in Dalton, MA. John Penton made this film to commemorate the Penton
motorcycles involvement in this world-class event, and also used it as a
tool for his dealer network. Even though this is definitely a time aged
film, this 30 minute narrative reflects motorcycling and its competitors from the past. The Penton
Owners Group would like to thank John Penton for the use of this film and
autographing the DVD's.
Also included on this DVD is a 20 minute recap of the 40th ISDT event held in the Isle
Of Man, British Isles in 1965. The Penton motorcycle hadn't been developed
yet, but it is still interesting to see some of the legends and the machines
they rode at that time.
Each DVD is personally autographed by John Penton. All profits will
be donated to The Penton Owners Group.
